Current Roster

If I don't absolutely love the sorc which I doubt but if that happens by the time I figure that out hopefully they will have released a dark elf tank then that will be me if I don't like the sorc or the tank will be my alt either or...

Well, I think all of our classes are going to be a blast. Think about it this way... almost every single game I've ever played I started the game with my brother or by myself.

Now... I'm starting the game with 26 of my friends. ( You guys, silly ) On top of that, we have at least 8-9 players from each race. So we should all be running a full group the day the game is out ( those of us who pre-ordered ) Those of you who haven't pre-ordered, there wil still be enough guildies to run a guild group once it's started. Plus I'll be making a guide and posting screenshots and giving you ideas on where to level.

after perusing our roster we have an excellent mix of classes, would be nice to see some more black orcs for dem greenskins though. Other than that, perfect...

Kuro's been working six days a week to get us caught up on bills. He puts in an extra hour and a half each weekday then four hours on Saturdays (which may end up turning into eight hour days, ick). Hopefully he won't have to do it much longer, but with Christmas only nine paychecks away, he's probably going to have to stick with it for a while.

I see I haven't made it on the roster yet. I screwed up originally and applied as Besc, than registered as Eaj. Should I kill the Besc app and make another under Eaj Cire?

Nah, I don't know why you haven't been put on there yet. I think the Eaj and Besc thing confused me. Goin up right now!

The Zealot looks like it's going to be a pretty hardcore class. I can't wait to see the rest of the classes when played by our guild members. Seeing a class played by the top competitors... and then when you compile them all together. Add some fraps... ATHEEEN!

when are you guys gonna start putting some caps on certain classes an stuff. we are really chosen heavy, but only have one BO. we have a crapload of melee dps, but only a couple ranged casters. all these melee dps will be fine for like pq's an stuff, but for keep raids an such, but we gonna wish we had a bunch more sorc/magus once we get to the keep lord, and all the WE are dying to ae because they cant get around all the magus on the stairs.

at the same time though, it really does seem that the more tanks you have, the better off you are. we really need bo's at this point over more chosen though. bo can do stuff magus cant do. and it seems people that go BO are more willing to use shield and 1hander, which we need. i have yet to see a single chosen in beta that wasnt using a 2hander. we need like.. 'tank' tanks.

we have enough to make 6 grps right now, with plenty of healing for each grp. assuming all those people are going to stick with the class, and the game, id say thats plenty. one zealot can keep 6 more more people healed easily.

how much bigger do we plan on getting at this point? and when do we start just recruiting for needed classes, rather than just taking whoever applies?

i guess my point is, we are really melee heavy. but rather than keep adding to that, we need to start filling in the gaps with people willing to play magus/sorc. it really will help us out.

I think the point is we all know that not everyone here is going to make it to the game we've already lost people who don't seem to post anymore and we're seeing what we have when we launch and then we start locking down recruiting and being more picky about it.

another thing to consider is that shaman can also dps well. So its not just squig herders magus and sorc for ranged dps. that makes it a little better but I agree we do need some more glass cannons
